This one is a couple of years old but I just found the catalog in the bottom of a box so thought I’d scan it in. It was shot with a Canon 1dMKIIN and a Canon 17-40 f4.0. All natural light for this one. Leigh is moving right to left in the frame doing a 360 over the bent tree and nose tapping it on his way. It was a cool little spring time jib. I used the wide angle at 17mm and up close to the tree to accentuate the cool curves of the bent pieces of wood. This shot also ran in a couple of magazines, one in France and also in Japan if I remember rightly. Click through from the front page to see a larger version.
